Overview

Tax Credit affordable housing project that replaces a County Engineering office and maintenance complex from a residential neighborhood in Delaware, Ohio. The new design consisting of 3 townhome buildings and a 3 story building with 1,2, and 3 bedroom flats for a total of 44 housing units.
