As Chief Executive Officer, Tim sets the tone for senior staff, leading by example and reinforcing a culture of precision, professionalism, and accountability.

In his role as Principal, Tim offers strategic solutions to complex design challenges, both for Clients and internal teams. He is one of several senior leaders who contribute to the fi rm’s rigorous quality control process, carefully reviewing drawings and guiding project execution to ensure every detail meets Shremshock’s high expectations. He also devotes time to mentoring design staff, sharing his expertise to strengthen the team’s technical and creative skills. With a multidisciplinary team of over 85 architectural and engineering professionals, Tim has the resources to manage projects of nearly any scale or complexity, delivering results on tight schedules. His professional registrations span the entire United States as well as much of Canada, enabling him to serve Clients across a broad geographic area with consistency and confidence.
