This 14,000 sf renovation of the 5th floor of Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glen Dale, West Virginia for West Virginia University converted an existing patient unit to a 20-bed adult Behavioral Health Unit. New multi-purpose and group therapy spaces were created. A new centralized nurse station can oversee all rooms and also function for a control point for the sally port access to the unit. All fixtures in the unit were selected with the latest anti-ligature concerns in mind.
